Moshaver Medical Building

This new building for doctor’s offices, located across the street from the hospital, turns toward the sun to create a light-filled, energy efficient space. Floor to ceiling windows on the south side capture light and winter sun, while fixed exterior shades provide cover in the summer. Each level of the building is completely independent, and we utilize the natural slope of the adjacent street to provide comfortable level access to both storeys.
